About this role

About the role: We are looking for an analytical and results-driven CRM Manager to join our dynamic Product team. You will own executing and optimizing CRM flows to convert leads and educate existing patients about our services. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of hitting business goals by deeply understanding how to effectively message to key cohorts. Must be in NYC or willing to relocate to operate from the office 4 times a week.
