About the role
As Director of Provider Operations, you'll lead the teams responsible for ensuring our physicians and advanced practice providers (APPs) are licensed, credentialed, onboarded, scheduled, and ready to deliver exceptional care.
You'll oversee Provider Operations end-to-end, including licensing, credentialing, onboarding, workforce management, scheduling, and provider support. This role is critical to our ability to launch new health system partnerships, expand into new markets, and deliver an outstanding provider experience.
This is a highly cross-functional leadership role, partnering closely with Medical Leadership, Recruiting, Product, Engineering, Finance, Legal, and our health system partners.…
