To act as a strategic partner to management by driving HR initiative and supports HR business operations by aligning HR practices with company objectives, workforce requirements, and operational performance. The role supports 2 companies' HR operations. General responsibilities: Compliance with safety rules and regulations in Saudi Arabia. Compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
