About this role
Your mission To plan, supervise and control all shell shop manufacturing activities related to passenger coach Car body fabrication, ensuring achievement of Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and Morale (SQDCM) objectives. The role is responsible for production planning, welding and fabrication process adherence, manpower utilization, productivity improvement, quality compliance and continuous improvement initiatives Your profile Plan and execute daily, weekly and monthly production schedules to achieve production targets as per the MPS Coordinate with Planning, Quality, Engineering, Logistics and Maintenance departments to ensure uninterrupted production.
