Role: Junior AV Subject Matter Expert Location: Hyderabad, India (based on client site 5 days per week) Contract Type: Permanent & Full-time; working Monday – Friday on a rotation pattern between 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM IST for APAC role, and 7:00 AM CET to 7:00 PM CET (or CEST) for EMEA role (or CEST) Salary: Highly competitive plus strong company benefits Role Overview We are seeking an AV Subject Matter Expert (SME) to provide hands-on technical support for AV systems including Crestron, QSC, Appspace, Vbrick, Cisco, and Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR).
