Seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist for the Family Office Department. The ideal candidate should be detail oriented, have strong written and verbal communication skills, be a quick learner of new financial systems, and have the ability to partner with individuals across the Firm. ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SPECIALIST RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage the full cycle of the accounts payable process including coding, posting, and payments to vendors for multiple clients and entities. Complete bank reconciliations in QuickBooks. Provide excellent customer service to employees and other parties. Perform a variety of tasks under general supervision.…
