You’ll work onsite from Monday through Thursday, with the option to work remotely on Fridays. About the Role As Director, Digital HR Strategy & People Analytics you will develop the strategy for the HR Digital roadmap, as well as connecting all HR technologies for a seamless user experience. You will be setting the integration and innovation of Artificial Intelligence (AI) into human resource practices within the Kohl’s organization.
