Job Responsibilities Works closely with sales teams to provide general administrative sales support to ensure contract terms and assists customers with pre-sale inquiries in addition to order fulfillment. Responsible for processing and managing customer purchase orders and entering orders at the appropriate location. Attention to detail is a must on order entry. Coordinate the purchase orders with plant locations, reload yards, procurement and logistics so that customer due dates are satisfied. Must comply with Sox standards for accurate documentation. Responsible for handling telephone inquiries from customers. Provide superior customer service by anticipating customer needs and provide proactive solutions.…
