About this role
Primary Duties Complies with all plant administrative rules. Complies with all applicable operating procedures. Obeys the plant safety rules. Assists in banding trams. As required serves as crewman to loader or lift truck operators. Signals equipment operators to deposit material in designated areas. Prepares banding wire or banding strips and bands trams as required. Operates conveyer systems used in conjunction with tie processing equipment. As directed operates tie processing equipment. As required assists in performing preventive maintenance. Performs ground and building maintenance. Collects and disposes of yard waste material. Assists in repair of tracks and oils and greases switches and joints.…
