About this role

KPM is seeking a dedicated and skilled HVAC Lead Maintenance Technician to join our team. This full-time role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of our residential properties. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing a variety of repair and maintenance tasks to ensure the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of our residents. Responsibilities: Perform routine maintenance and repair work including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and painting. Respond promptly and effectively to maintenance requests and emergency repairs. Assist with apartment make-ready tasks between residents.
