About Je maakt onderdeel uit van het eService team binnen eCommerce. Een ambitieus en betrokken team dat dagelijks werkt aan het ontwikkelen van de beste digitale servicebeleving voor onze zakelijke klanten. Het team is multidisciplinair en bestaat uit Customer Jouney Leads, Service Marketeers, Contentspecialisten, UX-designer en een Conversational specialist. Hybride werken is bij ons de norm. Daarom werken we als team 2 dagen per week samen vanuit ons kantoor in Rotterdam. De andere dagen werk je flexibel vanuit huis of op één van onze andere kantoren. Als Digital Service Analist ben jij dé specialist op het gebied van digitale klantinzichten en performanceanalyse.…
