About B2C Solutions speelt een centrale rol in de digitale transformatie van KPN. Binnen het domein komen de roadmap en veranderagenda samen voor verschillende bedrijfsonderdelen en strategische programma’s, waaronder Consumer, Wholesale, Enterprise en de onderliggende digitale platformen.
