Software Development Manager

As a Software Development Manager, you will manage all activities for the Zookeepers engineering team within RADIXX Engineering — the infrastructure backbone of RADIXX, owning production stability, security compliance, delivery automation, and AWS infrastructure health across a broad and growing product portfolio. You will be responsible for managing staff, assigning work, monitoring activities, and evaluating performance. You will support the development of team operating policies, procedures, and budget planning. May be responsible for designing and implementing strategic programs across the department.
