About this role

Als technischer Kundenberater (m/w/d) bei IDEXX lieferst du hochwertigen Support für Kund innen, die IDEXX Analysegeräte für die Labordiagnostik in ihrer Praxis nutzen, und sorgst für ein reibungsloses Erlebnis bei der Fehlerbehebung von Hardware- und Softwareproblemen. In dieser Rolle hast du die Möglichkeit, im Bereich veterinärmedizinischer Diagnostik zu arbeiten und direkten Einfluss auf Tierarztpraxen und die Versorgung von Patientinnen zu nehmen. Dies ist ein befristeter Vertrag. Was diese Rolle wichtig macht: Das Customer Support Team spielt eine entscheidende Rolle bei der Unterstützung von IDEXX Kundinnen in ganz Europa, beim Aufbau starker Beziehungen und dabei, sicherzustellen, dass Kundinnen den vollen Nutzen aus den Diagnoselösungen ziehen.…
