En Rekluti, consultora especializada en talento tecnológico en LATAM, buscamos AI Engineer para impulsar los proyectos de software a gran escala de nuestros principales clientes internacionales. Resumen: Buscamos un AI Engineer orientado a la ejecución e implementación práctica para diseñar, desplegar y mantener soluciones de Inteligencia Artificial en entornos de producción. El rol es bajo modalidad híbrida en Houston, TX, en esquema de contrato por 6 meses. Tus principales desafíos: Diseñar e implementar flujos de trabajo con agentes ( agentic workflows ) y razonamiento multipaso utilizando LLMs y frameworks modernos como Google ADK. Desarrollar e integrar pipelines de generación aumentada por recuperación (RAG) apoyados en arquitecturas de búsqueda vectorial y embeddings.…
