About this role
Coordinar, supervisar y ejecutar los servicios de instalación, mantenimiento, reparación, evaluación y puesta en marcha de equipos. Planificar las actividades en terreno con clientes y dar seguimiento a su ejecución. Supervisar y administrar al personal técnico a su cargo, incluyendo productividad, capacitación y evaluación. Brindar soporte técnico al área comercial en cotizaciones, servicios adicionales y soluciones para clientes. Gestionar garantías y reclamos de clientes, incluyendo su evaluación y seguimiento. Elaborar y validar informes técnicos, reportes de visitas, evaluaciones y pruebas realizadas en terreno.
