Responsibilities : Responsible for effective deployment of resources through manpower planning, shop loading and output delivery as per Plan in Forged Valve Assembly Completion of production orders within lead time. Monitoring the production booking in the shift. Reducing rework and rejection on continuous basis. Maintain shop floor discipline and 5 S activities undefined Co-ordinate for third party inspection and offer valves for inspection. Co-ordinate with internal customers such as Maintenance, MRP, Store, QM, Assembly, IED/ Tool Engineering to ensure process standards and timely delivery as per plan.…
