About this role

Pump Strip, Inspection & Assembly Select and transport pumps to the workstation in line with job card routing and schedules using appropriate lifting equipment (crane/forklift) Strip pumps down to individual components using correct procedures and tools Interpret engineering drawings, GA drawings, and specifications to determine dimensions, tolerances, and assembly requirements Inspect all components for wear, damage, and compliance with OEM standards Verify all stripped components against the Bill of Materials (BOM) Compile detailed condition reports indicating wear status, repair requirements, and replacement needs Clean, preserve, and correctly store all components for reassembly or dispatch Liaise with Stores/Purchasing to ensure correct parts are ordered or issued Confirm completeness…
