About this role
Honda Santa Monica is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our team! We are looking for customer-focused professionals with at least two years of Service Advisor/Writer experience. While automotive dealership experience is preferred, we also welcome candidates with service advising/writing experience from automotive retail environments such as Jiffy Lube, AutoZone, Firestone, Pep Boys, Valvoline, or similar businesses.
If you excel at delivering exceptional customer service, effectively communicating repair recommendations, and creating a positive service experience, we'd love to hear from you.
