Job Description: Duties/Responsibilities Collaborate, meet with and provide ongoing feedback to EMS agency representatives and hospital leaders to address any performance improvement needs, complaint investigations and resolution. Promote and maintain positive community relations by initiating and maintaining relationships with various state and local municipality offices and acting as a liaison for any EMS related activities. Schedule, organize and coordinate Morbidity & Mortality and CME sessions for EMS providers in collaboration with the Affiliate Hospital Medical Director to assess relevant and pertinent educational topics.…
