Job Description: Essential Core Responsibilities: · Restocks floor stock/automated dispensing machines. · Enters charges/credits against patient profile to ensure an accurate bill. · Monitors medication order reports to assign medication to an automated dispensing machine. · Delivers all medication in compliance with all DEA, DPH & State Board of Pharmacy regulations. · Repackages bulk supplies of medications in unit of use packaging in accordance with all Federal USP & USP standards. · Prepares and delivers IV medications in accordance with Federal USP & USP standards. Maintains records pertaining to IV admixtures, maintains cleanliness in sterile areas, and completes QA.…
