The Center is a multi-disciplinary, outpatient clinic providing both geriatric medicine consults and geriatric behavioral health. The Center for Healthy Aging is searching for a part-time Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team, primarily based at the Lahey Outpatient Center in Danvers with coverage as needed at Addison Gilbert Hospital in Gloucester .
