When you join the growing BILH team, you're not just taking a job, you’re making a difference in people’s lives. Exciting opportunity to work on an inpatient Cardiac Surgery ICU and stepdown floor. Opportunity to utilize brief counseling and meeting facilitation skills to support adjustment to illness and patient/family engagement in their treatment. Work closely with physician, nursing, rehab and case management colleagues as well as community-based agencies to help facilitate transition to appropriate level of care and optimize treatment outcomes. Clinical supervision, including weekly individual and bi-weekly ICU Social Worker group and professional development are provided and highly valued. Continuing education and Social Work Grand Rounds provided on site.…
