UNIT COORDINATOR Job Description: ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES Processes and maintains the patient record, admission through discharge. Maintains statistical data if applicable. Assumes responsibility to complete all paperwork as designated by the charge nurse or Director. Responsible for ordering appropriate amounts of office supplies for use on the floor in conjunction with the Director.
