Demand Generation Manager - 4 Day Week + Remote

We have a full marketing production team. Content, design, web, video, product marketing. We have a sales team sitting ready to take meetings. What we don't have is anyone whose entire job is filling the funnel. So the pipeline gets built the hard way, one cold call at a time, while the inbound machine that should be feeding it doesn't exist yet. We want one person to build it, own it, and be measured on what comes out of the end: qualified demos landing in the sales team's calendar. This isn't a run-some-ads role. You'll own the whole journey, from people who've never heard of us, through people who know the name, all the way to a booked meeting.
