Sr. Bulk Procurement Coordinator Location: Spencer, WI Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM (Overtime as needed) Pay: $24.00 - $27.00/hour Join our team as a Sr. Bulk Procurement Coordinator , where you'll play a key role in managing bulk cheese inventory, procurement activities, and warehouse coordination to support efficient plant operations. What You'll Do Maintain accurate records of bulk cheese inventory moving into and out of the Spencer facility and external cold storage warehouses. Verify load receipts and ensure inventory records accurately match warehouse and system data. Enter incoming load information into procurement tracking systems and spreadsheets. Generate Certificates of Analysis (COAs) and purchase orders for the USDA Commodity Program.…
