About this role
Warehouse Operator Pay: $26.15per hour plus Shift Differential : $1 per hour Hiring Bonus: 3% Annual Merit Shift & Working Hours: 2nd Shift; 2:30 PM to 11PM; Weekends/Overtime/Holidays as needed. In this role, you’ll be a key member of our Land O’Lakes, Inc. warehousing team, performing front-line processes that ensure successful delivery of final products. You’ll gain skills and experience in warehouse operations including coordinating inbound/outbound deliveries, packing/loading final products using a forklift, assisting with cycle counts, and organizing areas of the warehouse.
