Warehouse Operator Position: Warehouse Operator Hours: 2nd Shift 3:15PM-1:45AM 4 – 10’s in summer and OT as needed in busier months Pay: $26.50 plus $1.00 shift differential if applicable Warehouse Operator Role In this role, you’ll be a key member of our Land O’Lakes, Inc. warehousing team, performing front-line processes that ensure successful delivery of final products. You’ll gain skills and experience in warehouse operations including coordinating inbound/outbound deliveries, packing/loading final products using a forklift, assisting with cycle counts, and organizing areas of the warehouse.
