About this role

Job Description The Director – Property & Investment Accounting will lead Landmark’s integrated property and investment accounting functions, overseeing financial reporting, fund accounting, and audit execution across a complex portfolio of real estate investments, joint ventures, and managed properties. This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of financial reporting for property-level operations, investment vehicles (funds, REITs, JVs), and related ownership structures.
