Job Description The primary role of the Maintenance Supervisor is to oversee the maintenance program for the community and preserve the value of the asset. The Maintenance Supervisor maintains the integrity of the community at all times to provide a safe and secure living and working environment. The Maintenance Supervisor is a customer centered individual who possesses the organizational and leadership skills necessary to run an efficient maintenance team.
