Job Description Development Intern As a Development Intern, you will report to the development analyst team. Your role will primarily consist of compiling, analyzing, and reporting data for student housing, build-to-rent, and/or multifamily development opportunities. In your role, you will be expected to make contributions that help inform the firm’s development decisions. This is a part-time, on-site internship. The internship program will run from January 5, 2027, through April 23, 2027.
