Operations Manager This role is part of our Omnium business who is a loyal partner in the manufacturing of crop protection, adjuvant, and plant nutrition products. The Operations Manager provides leadership and management to the production departments and oversees all manufacturing activities to meet safety, environmental, quality, production, customer service, and cost objectives. Manages process introductions, production schedule, production procedures and continuous improvement efforts for each manufacturing area.
