Production Operator (1st Shift) PAY: $26.45. Will increase to $27.45 once trained. Hiring Bonus: $500 after 30 days, $1000 after 6 months. Total Hiring bonus $1,500. Shit & Working Hors: 1st shift, 6:30am-3:00pm JOB SUMMARY: In this role, you will be a key member of our Land O’Lakes, Inc. manufacturing team, performing front-line production processes that add value and quality to the inputs and creation of final high-quality products. You will gain skills and experience of taking raw materials to produce our final products for customers. This will include operating machinery and equipment, packaging the final product.
