About this role

Global Senior IT Manager About the Role Lansweeper is looking for a seasoned IT leader to own and evolve our global internal IT organisation. This is a leadership role first: you'll be accountable for a team of 8 across Belgium, Spain, and the US, a complex hybrid infrastructure spanning multiple regions, and a technology stack that needs to scale with a fast-growing, 400-person business. You'll report directly to the COO and carry real mandate and budget authority. The foundation is traditional IT done right: robust infrastructure, tight security, and operational excellence. On top of that, you'll drive strategic IT decisions and lead the execution of AI infrastructure and governance across the organisation, in close partnership with the Head of AI Operations.…
