This role owns the top of the funnel—finding, engaging, and building relationships with exceptional engineers before they’re actively looking. This is not a resume-pushing role. WHAT YOU’LL DO - Own outbound sourcing for technical roles (primarily software engineers) - Identify high-signal candidates via LinkedIn, GitHub, referrals, and communities - Write thoughtful, personalized outreach that actually gets replies - Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to define “great” - Experiment with sourcing strategies, messaging, and channels - Track and improve funnel metrics (reply rate, pass-through, time to first convo)…
