Your job is more than a job As a Certified Patient Care Tech (PCT) , you’ve got that sixth sense of anticipating and answering the needs of your patients. You are part of a team concept, under the direction of the Registered Nurse and/or Licensed Therapist, performing delegated patient care in a safe and efficient manner, completing documentation of patient related tasks and adhering to the policies and procedures. You believe in kindness, respect and empathy at your patient’s bedside and deliver care like you would want for yourself and your loved ones .
