About this role
The Technology Enablement Trainer strengthens Customer Success by delivering the training and resources that help teams excel in key processes and effective use of internal tools. In this role, you will become an expert in key internal systems and tools and/or a business area (like Professional Services, or Vertical Customer Success). You will create and deliver interactive courses to increase the knowledge and technical skills of our teams. The Technology Enablement Trainer will collaborate closely with our business teams, and other training experts, to deliver quality content that sets team members up to succeed through optimal use of systems and tools.…
