About this role

About the Role As a Functional Expert Champion , you'll help nonprofit organizations get the most value from Blackbaud's RE NXT platform by combining product expertise, industry best practices, and customer engagement. You'll serve as a trusted advisor, thought leader, and product advocate, helping customers adopt new capabilities, understand emerging AI innovations, and achieve meaningful business outcomes. Working across Product, Customer Success, Marketing, Sales, and Data & AI teams, you'll translate complex product capabilities into clear, compelling stories that drive customer success, product adoption, and long-term growth.
