Learning Systems Analyst

Role Summary The Learning Systems Analyst plays a key role in the administration, governance, and continuous improvement of Blackbaud’s learning technology ecosystem. This role is responsible for the operational health, consistency, and scalability of enterprise learning platforms, including DevelopU (Docebo) and other learning systems as the ecosystem evolves. This is a systems and enablement role, not a centralized content production role. In addition to core platform administration, the Senior Learning Systems Analyst defines standards, structures, and guidance that help stakeholders use learning platforms effectively and consistently while maintaining clear ownership of their content and programs.…
