About the role: The Workday Financials Systems Analyst is responsible for the ownership, configuration, and continuous improvement of Blackbaud’s financial and procurement systems, primarily Workday. This role partners closely with Procurement, Accounting, Tax, and Treasury teams to enable efficient, compliant, and scalable Procure‑to‑Pay (P2P) processes through strong system design, disciplined delivery, and effective operational support.
