As HR Director for our strategic Bengaluru hub, you won't just run HR operations - you'll own the Titan experience in India: the compliance foundation, the culture, and the talent strategy that determine whether this becomes a place people want to build a career. You'll build the compliant, scalable HR foundation the site runs on, and grow your ownership of India's talent and culture story as the site matures — partnering closely with global People Ops the entire way.
