ServiceTitan went public in 2024, and our FinOps organization, 300 people across FP&A, Accounting, Strategic Finance, IR, Pricing, and RevOps, is building the operating infrastructure to match. You'll also work closely with Data Science, which sits on the FinOps Leadership Team as a key cross-functional partner. As Chief of Staff to the CFO, you won't be a scheduler or a note-taker. You'll be the person the CFO reaches for when something important has no owner yet — driving it from zero, doing the IC work yourself, and handing it off cleanly once it has a home.
