Senior Manager, SEO/GEO Program

Ready to be a Titan? We are looking for a Head of SEO/GEO to own our organic and AI search programs across all three brands. This is a senior leadership role at the intersection of technical SEO, generative engine optimization (GEO), content strategy, and cross-functional influence. You will lead a team of two, manage a portfolio of agency partners, and set the direction for how ServiceTitan, Aspire, and FieldRoutes show up in search — both traditional and AI-driven — for years to come. The organic channel is a meaningful part of how we drive pipeline. The program is mature in some areas and actively evolving in others — particularly around AI search visibility and attribution.
