Dana-Farber Cancer Institute Adult Oncology Social Work Training Program The Dana-Farber Social Work Division is deeply committed to the education of the next generation of social workers, and the Dana-Farber Adult Oncology Social Work Training Program provides an opportunity for second-year MSW students to work with patients and families in the ambulatory, oncology, and benign hematology setting and to develop specialized knowledge and skills in assessing and addressing the psychosocial impact of cancer and serious illness on a person’s life. Interns will have a clinical supervisor who will guide their training and assign cases.
