About this role

IAT Insurance Group has an immediate opening for an Account Manager based in our Naperville, Illinois location. The Account Manager provides day‑to‑day customer service and operational support to underwriters while acting as a key liaison between IAT, agents, and brokers. This role supports the servicing and retention of accounts by assisting with policy processing, endorsements, renewals, and general account maintenance, ensuring accuracy, responsiveness, and a positive agent experience. The position works closely with underwriting partners to help meet business objectives while maintaining high service standards across the portfolio. This role works a hybrid schedule that requires working from the office Monday through Wednesday, with the option of working Thursday and Friday remotely.…
