About this role

IAT Insurance Group has an immediate opening for an Assistant Vice President, Inland Marine & Property Underwriter from our Naperville or Rolling Meadows, Illinois location. We’re looking for an experienced Inland Marine & Property Underwriter to step into a visible, impact-driven AVP role. This is not a maintenance-only seat. You’ll lead a team of underwriters, own and grow a book while helping us expand our footprint across the Midwest—bringing ideas, new relationships, and underwriting expertise that move the business forward. This role works a hybrid schedule that requires working from the office Monday through Wednesday, with the option of working Thursday and Friday remotely.…
