The Gig: We're looking for a Sr. Discoverability (GEO/SEO) Manager to own our brand's discoverability across traditional search engines and the rapidly evolving world of AI-powered platforms. As search behavior shifts toward conversational, generative, and agentic experiences, this role puts you at the heart of how Virgin Voyages is found, referenced, and trusted, whether a sailor is searching Google, asking ChatGPT, or querying Gemini for their next voyage. You'll bridge technical SEO fundamentals with forward-thinking Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) strategies, ensuring our brand doesn't just rank, but owns the answer.
