About Us: The Security Team plays a vital role in ensuring a safe healthcare environment for the hospital, building and grounds. We support a fast-paced environment as part of a level 2 trauma center. Security responds to incidents ranging from addressing aggressive individuals to completing visitor health screening. We patrol all premises and enforce visitor management expectations. Security Officers are the first to greet visitors entering and help visitors find their way. Customer Service is a priority as well as handling disturbances and communicating effectively to support family-centered-care with an empathy-led mindset.
