Senior GTM Operations Manager

The opportunity The Senior GTM Operations Manager will serve as a dual-mandate hire within GTM Operations — building and deploying agentic AI systems for other marketing functions (e.g., Campaign/CMM, Integrated Marketing, Social) while also owning hands-on Marketing Operations and Lead Operations execution. This role requires genuine, shipped experience building agents (using Claude Code, Cowork, or comparable tooling) combined with real hands-on depth in a major marketing automation platform and Salesforce — not one skill set standing in for the other.
