About this role

Compassion is looking for a People & Culture Workday Analyst. This highly skilled contributor is responsible for providing functional and technical support for Compassion International’s Workday HCM platform. This role delivers support, including user administration, application support, reporting, release management, and user training. The analyst establishes, maintains, and follows best practices and procedures to improve data accuracy, process effectiveness, and operational efficiency across People & Culture systems and workflows.
